Our servers hosting the proxies have to be re-installed.
One of the server has also serves as VIP download server is severely overload and need to be replaced with another server.

Proxy servers have completed reinstall.
All 3 Proxy servers have 100TB transfer allowance per month.

Proxy servers #1 and #2 now feature BBR-TCP_Powered which should give a significant speed boost.
