I've looked everywhere for this game, but it's impossible to find. If it is, can I get it somehow? And if it isn't, can you guys find a download somewhere?

And I can't even find this game on sites like dlsite or gyutto which mean that this game was probably only relased on CD... which I can't find on amazon.co.jp - you can't buy it even on getchu because "ご注文の受付は停止中です" (google translate - Taking the order is stopping). I think you should just forget about this game :D
The author site said master-up, but I suspect the game may not have actually been sold.
It is left out from dlsite, getchu DL, and with no actual review on erogamescape.
So, most likely this game doesn't exist more than a cover.
