[Announcement] Server Migration, release continue at 3/12 or 3/13

Today, magazines published in 2014-12 are all released.
We will begin preparation for the 2015-1 published issues.

However, before we get started, we are managed to migrate the operation to another server (with faster CPU and bigger disk space!)
The whole procedure may take us 3~4 days, including data transferring and software compatibility test.

Release of the 2015-1 published issues are planned to continue from 3/12 or 3/13

VIP flies are dealt on another dedicated server therefore not affected.
