CPU/GPU Mining for Mikocom FTP Account / VIP Credit (Updated to XMR-Stak 2.4.2 / Update rate / Bugfix)

After a small trial in our main site 2DJGAME. We are now comfortable to bring this new "payment method" to Mikocom.

Please read the following precautions before you use computer for mining

• Do not use a VPS for mining. You may be terminated by your provider.
• Do not use a company or university provided computer for mining. It may be against company or university rules.
• Mining causes additional power usage. Please be aware of the increase in you or your family's power bill.
• Mining requires adequate cooling for your computer.
  

Benefit of mining over regular donation

• No transaction actually occurs, means it is fully anonymous
• Make use of idle power of your computer equipment
• Only pay electricity cost
• Minimum amount is just 300 Yen equivalent. Compared to regular donation or purchase of 1000 Yen + Shop fee.
• No Credit Card or Paypal or any registration needed.

• 250 Yen (75,000,000 Hashes) - 1 Month FTP Account (100GB New Release + 30GB Archive)
• 1000 Yen (300,000,000 Hashes) - 4 Month FTP Account (500GB New Release + 150GB Archive)
• 700 Yen (210,000,000 Hashes) - 700 Yen equivalent of Mikocom VIP

  I will take a record of the mining hashes on 15 April 2018, and old hashes will be paid with the old rate if requested.

How do I start?

• Download XMR-Stak from  and extract to a folder of your choice
• Modify config.txt. Replace "public" with your Forum UID. Such as 馬殺雞's UID is 11, and FTW's UID is 101. For example using FTW, The wallet address should read

  Copy the Code
• Run the relevant .bat file to start miner for CPU, and/or for your Graphics card (GPU)
• You may have to install Visual C++ Package from http://cuty.io/IOIrCjX2g
• You may have to install latest Nvidia/AMD driver if there is error.
• If you are technical, you may Underclock / Undervolt / Optimize your CPU/GPU using tools such as ThrottleStop and MSI Afterburner to improve power efficiency.
  

How do I check the number of hashes I mined?

• Go to http://elii.cc/0iri
• Enter the wallet address from your config.txt
• On the bottom of the page, look for "Total Hashes Submitted"
• Once you have enough Hashes, contact 提督 to exchange your FTP account of VIP credit.
  

How do I check the current speed (hashrate) I am mining? My hashrate is much lower than the rate you said!

• Press h on your keyboard in the mining software.
• Modern CPU should achieve a hashrate of 40H/s ~ 80H/s per thread. Old CPU that achieve less than 25H/s per thread should not be used for mining.
• Your CPU may be busy with other tasks if the hashrate per thread is below 30H/s. You can try to modify cpu.txt and remove one line of

You must update your miners before April 6th
需要更新到xmr-stak 2.3.0+
Config files from 2.3.0+ are compatible. Older config files are NOT compatible.

客戶端更新至 XMR-Stak 2.4.2 版本。

現時挖礦收入較前兩個月大幅下調，用顯卡挖礦，特別是 XMR 不再適合。
運行的 BAT 文件取消 GPU 模式。如仍需要使用，可手動修改 BAT 刪去相應的 NoAMD 或者 NoNvidia 參數。

希望純支持論壇的，請另外下載 Nicehash Miner 用作 GPU 挖礦。我們的 nicehash 專用地址是 nh@2djgame.net

The client has been updated to XMR-Stak 2.4.2.

Due to reduction in the earning rate from mining, it is less suitable to use graphics card to mine, especially for Monero (XMR).
The bat file to run with GPU mode is removed from the package. If you insist to use GPU, you can remove the NoAMD or NoNvidia option from the bat file.

If you wish to support us without strict accounting for reward, we suggest you to use nicehash miner instead. Our nicehash account is nh@2djgame.net

Found out the rig_id option in the pools.txt setting does not work.
Please re-download and modify the new pools.mx.txt and pools.nh.txt.
Change Public (2 places per file) to your ID.

發現設定檔裡的 rig_id 設置無效。
請重新下載，把 pools.mx.txt 及 pools.nh.txt 裡的 Public 改成你的 ID (各兩處地方)

The old config ID is "MikoPublic", but the new version config ID is "Public".
Is it need "Miko" text in the new version config?

在舊版本的 config 內 ID 是 "MikoPublic"，但新版本的 config 則是 "Public"
請問新版本的 ID 中是否還需要 "Miko" 呢？

那個單純是用來判定是哪台機在挖，輸入什麼都可以的。
Public 還是留空都沒有任何影響。
改成自己ID的話則會用來記帳。

了解，後來在2djgame也有看到同主題的文章(從內文上判斷似乎也是您發的？)
對礦工識別ID沒有硬性規範，雖然兩邊 UID 不同，但產生碰撞的機率也不大，能識別就好

從一月到現在XMR難度爬了快一倍，而價格也降不少，難怪這次hash需求調升2.6倍。。。
