Alternative to Nyaa, changes due to Nyaa shutting down

As you may already know, Nyaa is currently down and it may be permanent.

We are looking for alternative tracker to use / alternative sites to publish.
Or if anyone have experience in, or is already running a tracker, can let us use it.

As we used to avoided uploading content we downloaded from Nyaa back to Nyaa, and not uploading files too small to Nyaa,
These policies are also open for discussion.

Comments and suggestion about changing 2DJGAME/Mikocom's torrent releases are welcomed.

Note: Please refrain from suggesting us to expand in any sites run by the AS network, or any sites that the admins / moderators themselves are involved in uploading.

How about Tokyo Toshokan as an alternative for torrents (i'm assuming it's not run by AS)?

We will post in Tokyo Toshokan but it appears that they could not take the load of the refugees, at least for now.
