VIP Games - [Access] Up to 24 Hours Refund - Policy and Application

2DJGAME / Mikocom's current release policy means we will delay releases when reasonably possible.

This includes some special situations

• Some games may be available for download at private sites (where user account is needed for download) or from less known sites (which propagation is less likely)
• We predict that certain public uploaders will soon release some same titles that we have
• Certain public uploaders have already released some games, but the delivery method is unreliable, and hence the download cannot be completed.
  

In the above situations, those games will still be considered [non-public] by us, and hence will remain available in our VIP area.
After reviewing the statistics in the past few months, we are now defining a detailed refunding policy for Mikocom VIP.
This will allow our VIP members to spend [Access] with ease.

The [public release time] will be defined as the earlier of the following:

• Release time on Nyaa or other websites by a [Well Known Uploader], by Bittorrent or Filehosts.
• Estimated finished seeding time on Nyaa or other websites by [Anonymous Uploader], until we can confirm that the game is real.
  

Exception which no refund will be issued

• The game was leaked by Mikocom VIP, but the offending user cannot be located.
  

The refund window will be

• 100% refund, when your [Access] purchase is made less than 8 hours before [public release time]
• 50% refund, when your [Access] purchase is made less than 12 hours before [public release time]
• 100% refund for the first game in each [Calendar Month] you purchased after [public release time], 50% for the second game and thereafter. This is for purchase by mistake, or intend to use our VIP as a quick download.
• 100% refund, when your [Access] purchase is made less than 24 hours before [public release time], for special excuses such as "I started downloading before going to bed" or "I purchased but too busy to download immediately". This refund term can only be used once every 4 months.

Refund is possible for any games previously released in Mikocom VIP.
