Tankoubon & Doujinshi Commissioning

Our book scanner have agreed to scan Tankoubon and Doujinshi in addition to Magazine.
Starting from 16 May 2015, we will accept Tankoubon and Doujinshi commissioning.

Magazine scanning cost is currently fully beared by 2DJGAME as to ensure ALL magazines are scanned.
If you would like to share the Magazine scanning cost, you are welcomed to do so in exchange for being the "Commissioner".

Rules

• Tankoubon & Doujinshi scans will be released similarly to Magazines, in line with Mikocom/Comic ONE existing policy.
• Publishing on EHentai by the Commissioner is allowed, provided the release is synchronized with Mikocom/Comic ONE on a pre-defined date.
• Commissioner can have his/her name included in the releases. Please contact 提督 for special arrangements.
• Commissioner who are affiliated with any blog or website or group that receive money directly or indirectly for the scans, will be denied.
• If commissioning for the purpose of translation, please contact 提督 for special arrangements.
• Having multiple commissioners sharing the cost of the same book is allowed, up to 3 person.
  

Special Notes

• Scanning of full color books like Visual Fanbook is possible, but due to the use of ADF scanner, scans will be affected by dust (resulted in some vertical colored lines) and in some cases hair. VFB will be scanned twice in the opposite direction, so that it is possible to "fix" manually. But it will not be our responsibility to do detailed "repair". Cost will be lower than Tankoubon. Please contact 提督 for quote.
  

• Standard filtering by Comic ONE applies to Tankoubon and Doujinshi only.
• Large volume of requests will receive further discount.
• Commissioning cost is not counted towards Mikocom VIP credit.

This is great news!  What about older books that might not be sold new anymore, will you offer scanning services for used books? Ie, bought from reputable places like Suruga-ya.

Once shipping and payment charges adds in, the price may not be cheaper than new.
The price ratio is based on MSRP, not the actual selling price.
If Suruga is 200 yen cheaper, then best we can do is just take 200 yen off the total price after the x2.3 ratio.
Unless you would like us to scan substantial volume, please quote privately.

This is great news! I like the part about being able to release it on Ehentai under a prearranged date too.

How does leftover credit work? If you use a prepaid card is it possible to save part of it towards the next thing you want to scan?
